Every coach is different!  Personalities, communication with players, parents and officials.  Anger management,  patience, etc. there is a lot that makes up a coaches philosophy and how he or she stays true to that philosophy while navigating through countless circumstances.  Parents want to make sure they are at least close to their child's coach when it comes to philosophy, methods of communication, etc.  Here you will learn Rush Basketball and specifically Coach's Myroth and Coach Dura's philosophy and how that has brought success to the Rush Basketball program.
